Frenchy's BACK as Braves lose to LA

Before the Braves participated in the battle for LA, they recalled Frenchy from the minors. After three games. True he went 7-13, but it was against AA pitching! Frank Wren said that his confidence was up and it had NOTHING to do with the injuries....REALLY? Hey way to hit .500+ off guys that are two years out of high school and will probably never pitch in the majors. Some are guys that will be working at the local car wash in three weeks. So hey Jeff, way to "get your confidence back" against those guys. Good Work.

As far as bringing him back now, you look like you were overreacting to "betraying" Jeff like he told the AJC you did. If you are going to go through with it, then DO IT. You are like a parent that takes the TV time away from his son because the boy bit his sister, but then after thirty minutes you give in because they cried. The way Jeff threw the GM under the bus, let him ROT down there for all 10 days, and if at the end of ten days, his confidence is NOT there, they STAY THERE UNTIL IT COMES BACK! What happens if he goes 0-the roadtrip? Are you going to send him back down? This had better work. Wren and the Braves are suffering from a ton of bad press right now, good thing Score Atlanta is running a positive piece on him tomorrow!

Back to the Braves last night. A dude coming off an arm injury nearly tosses the perfecto against the Braves! Interestingly enough lil tex is the one that broke the streak of hitters. WOW! Tex? He is heating up...trade him off.

If the Braves aren't within 4 of Philly by the ASGB, strip this team down. Tex=gone, Frenchy=gone, Gonzo=gone. In my opinion, only JJ, Jo-Jo, Morton, Chipper, Yunel and McCann are untouchable. Take calls on the rest. You don't have to necessarily TAKE the deal offered, but the rest you could take a call on. Yes, that means Huddy. But if the Yankees are offering A Philip Hughes plus another minor leaguer or two, bye bye Tim. If Boston offers Manny Delcarmen plus Lester for Tex, DO IT. If Some one (The REDS) offers a good young pitcher (say, Homer Bailey) for Frenchy, DO IT.
