New criteria for NCAA bubble teams

For this year ONLY, the NCAA should implement a new measure to separate the bubble teams trying to earn an at-large bid for the NCAA Tourney/Big Dance. Forget RPI, SOS, record v top 50 teams, record in conference play, record in last 10 games...you can throw ALL of that stuff out.
The key component that EVERY bubble team should hold highest is a record v Georgia. If you lost to Georgia, you are donezo. If you beat UGA, well you shouldn't exactly be in, but you should still be in the discussion for a big. But if you LOST to the Dawgs....OUT! Vandy-OUT! Kentucky-OUT(you guys lost to UGA AT HOME!)! Florida(in because they they won enough other games to get on the proper side of the bubble)-but keep losing like you did last night and the Georgia curse puts you OUT! VaTech(you guys lost when UGA still had Felton at the helm)-OUT! Santa Clara(though I doubt you really have a shot)-OUT! Wofford(doubt you REALLY have a shot)-OUT!

Now after Georgia hires a new coach (I saw where an offer to Jeff Chapel was for 2M a year. WOW. That would be cool. He might just do that... You have to think Blake Griffin AND Willie Warren are both gone), this new criteria will be no-mas, but for this season, it applies.
