We here at Sportsbyfletch hope to make this a weekly segment. Paul Mac will watch a movie on netflix and then review it RIGHT HERE. His first bad movie:
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
Would have made more sense to make this movie when the Soviets were viable. They aren't scary anymore and they really did a lame job with the bad guys in this one. Loved having some of the original characters back though like the chick from Animal House, she was great.
One problem Stephen Speilberg...why work with this guy and why does George Lucas have to turn EVERYTHING into Star Wars? This movie had so much potential and they absolutely ruined it. The Crystal Skull was the dumbest thing they've ever searched for was extrodinarily hokey as was the aforementioned finale of the movie. Really Really cool chase scenes though
Also I liked Shia Laboof much better when I thought he was Megan Fox.
C to C- based on the fact that I loved Indiana Jones. Premise and plot line = FAIL! George Lucas turned Indiana Jones into Howard the Freaking Duck. 10 bonus points if you even know what Howard the Duck is.
