Pretty typical road adventure Tuesday in Arlington Texas (btw, I've been to that stadium. it is pretty, but now actually is in the older bracket of stadiums since it seems EVERYONE ELSE built one right after the Rangers did, and they modeled it after
"The Ballpark in Arlington" and Camden Yards in Baltimore.)
Regardless. Hudson got rocked for 6 runs in 4.2 innings. He is now 0-10 in Interleague since he joined the Braves, which is weird since he was so good against the AL when he pitched for Oakland. That is strange.
I also saw where Tex got booed by the Rangers fans. Why? Rangers fans should LOVE that they got something for tex while his value was still high. And he WOULD have walked away after this season and stealing 12.5M while leading Texas to exactly where they are now, NOWHERE! I don't get that, but folks in the Metroplex area never struck me as smart. They root for the Cowboys for pete's sake. (Though I do love Wifey!)
Tex, you should be used to the booing. I boo you in Atlanta. And when you DO go and steal 20M a year from the Yankees or Mets next season, and if you continue to plod thru games like you are doing this season, you will hear PLENTY MORE BOOING! Maybe even a few middle fingers!
But again, BMac had a nice game, as did Brandon Jones, just too little too late
Hopefully the team can win a game today and steal tomorrow's getaway game to bring some MO back to the ATL
