Campillo, the new streak-snapper!

So with Smoltz, Glavine, Hudson, Hampton and Reyes as the projected rotation entering the season, who woulda thunk that JORGE CAMPILLO (once called the Hispanic Blaine Boyer by some one???) would be the guy the BRaves needed in Milwaukee to bust the losing streak. Yep, not only did he do it with 5 strong innings (only one run on 73 pitches), but he did it with the BAT TOO! It just took a PITCHER to wake up the bats.
Oh, Lil Tex also drove in 4, 3 on a home run to put this game away in the fifth, and Kelly Johnson drove in a pair as well. Chipper was 2-4 and is now hitting .420. NICE.
Well the confidence of beating a bad team 8-1 (and getting one of the three games) should be boosted heading into the Bandbox that is Great American Ballpark of Cincinnasty. The Braves will have to watch out for Jay Bruce, but with Jair, Tommy and Huddy to projected starters, this series should be AT LEAST 2of3 from the Reds.

Let's make it happen Cap'n. Trip the Light Fantastic!
